    The beautiful and spectacular mosque is situated at Old Korangi Road, DHA Phase II, Karachi.

    The construction of this beautiful piece of art was started in September 1966. And this mosque was completely built in the year of 1969. Masjid-e-Tooba has covered an area of 5570 Sq. Yards. Masjid-e-Tooba is often also known as Tooba Mosque or Gol Masjid. This beautiful piece of art was constructed by an architect Dr. Babar Hamid and an engineer Zaheer Haider Naqvi. This mosque has a large beautiful dome. It is often said that this mosque is the largest single dome mosque in the world. The height of the beautiful dome of Masjid-e-Tooba is 5148 Ft. This mosque is designed in a very graceful way, there is no colorful artwork done in this mosque.



    Pure white marble is used for flooring which always remains clean white, this white marble enhances the beauty and gracefulness of this mosque. Simple mirror work is used to decorate this mosque. There is a small park outside this mosque where people can walk and relax in a peaceful environment of this mosque. There are also some beautiful fountains outside the mosque that increases the beauty of this mosque. Masjid-e-Tooba is a favorite mosque for the visitors to visit because of its simplicity and peacefulness.
