NAB authorises probe against KP Mines and Mineral Dept, others
PESHAWAR: The Nationwide Accountability Bureau (NAB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Friday accredited inquiries against officials of the Mines and Mineral Department, Tribal Electrical Provide Company (Tesco) and Tourism Department.
The inquiries were popular within the Regional Board Assembly of the NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa held below the chairmanship of Farmanullah Khan, Director General NAB (KP).

The board accredited an inquiry against officers and officials of Mimes and Mineral

One other inquiry used to be accredited against executive engineer, Fata Constructing Division, Tesco and others about alleged corruption and misuse of authority. It used to be alleged that the accused particular person awarded five contracts to at least one contractor who did not qualify the eligibility criteria. Funds were made to the contractors without the execution of labor.
The board also licensed an inquiry against officers/officials of Pakhtunkhwa Motorway Authority about alleged corruption and wicked practices. It used to be alleged that the accused persons embezzled 400 million within the compensation money for the affectees of Swat Particular Contrivance by altering measurements.
The board accredited a probe against officers of Tourism Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa about alleged corruption and wicked practices. It used to be alleged that the accused persons misappropriated Rs850 million in construction funds by the expend of inferior materials in hotels, roads, and loads others.
