Jehangir Kothari Parade: The beautiful masterpiece Jehangir Kothari Parade is located at Shahrah-e-Firdousi, Karachi. This beautiful parade is located in a posh area of Karachi i.e. Clifton. The history of the establishment of this beautiful parade is that it was inaugurated by Lady Lloyd in the year of 1920. Mr. Jehangir Kothari a well-known businessman of his time gifted this beautiful parade to the city of Karachi.
Later on this Jehangir Kothari Parade is then renovated by the government of Karachi. Jehangir Kothari Parade is basically divided into two parts; the one is The Lady Lloyd Pier while the other is Promenade Pavilion. This Parade is a very beautiful place to visit. It has beautiful architecture as well as this architecture is beautifully filled up with natural beauty. It is completely a family place. There is park inside this parade along with the facility for the visitors to sit. Park is covered with green lush grass.
The pathways of Jehangir Kothari Park are wide and clean and artistically established. The lighting at this Parade is also very beautiful which increases the beauty of this place at night. This should be a must visit place for all the families of Karachi also the families visiting Karachi. It is the best place for the one who wants to relax in silence and in the refreshing atmosphere.
